Wow I am at a loss of words to describe how giddy I was receiving my order! From the start, Katie has been helpful from accommodating my color choices and even creating a signature design herself for a character that doesn’t have their own signature. The sweatshirt is made of a great durable material and is so soft and comfy! The stitching is also well crafted and gorgeous! I get so many compliments on it from my party princess friends too!! I have ordered both the custom quarter zip and a custom order of hats, and I’ve been DELIGHTED both times. Katie was so easy to work with. I had a deadline for the hats and she was so so kind in getting them to me on time, and the quarter zip came a little earlier than expected as well! Communication was amazing and seamless, and I was SO HAPPY with the final product both times. You can tell she puts a lot of love into her work. I will definitely be ordering from her again!

The sweatshirt itself is SO soft and comfortable and very high quality. Sometimes embroidered clothing can be irritating on my skin, but that is not the case at all with this half-zip!
