Are you accepting orders?

I operate on a drop basis, meaning I only take on a limited number of orders at a time. This is because I work a full-time job and all items are handmade by me, so each piece takes time and care to complete.

To stay updated on when new drops open and how many slots are available, please follow along on Instagram — that’s where I’ll post all announcements regarding order capacity, timelines, and restocks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, on a trial basis. Because international shipping is so expensive, and I'm a very small store, I offer international shipping as long as it is viable.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is made to order, I currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue with your item. If you have a problem with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right!

Do you accept commissions?

Yes! I am more than happy to work on a custom commission for you. In the past I’ve done hats, corsets, jackets, and converse but there’s so many options! To get started, send me an email with your ideas! Magicmakersembroidery@gmail.com

When can I expect my order?

Since everything is handmade, turnaround times can vary.

I always share current processing times during each drop, but generally, orders can take 4-8 weeks to complete.
